Brodie Hofer is officially a new player for MINT Vero Volley Monza. The Canadian spiker, after a season at Gioiella Prisma Taranto, joins the Brianza roster and is ready to take to the court wearing the Monza jersey for the 2025/2026 season.
Born in 2000 and 2 meters tall, Hofer took his first steps in the world of volleyball in school tournaments with the Langley Christian School and later made his mark in the U Sports league, with the Trinity Western Spartans. During his university years, he won two national titles, in 2019 and 2023, earning a place in the tournament’s All-Star team and a call-up to the Canadian senior national team. In the summer of 2023, Hofer left Canada and began his professional career in Poland, where he played in the Polska Liga Siatkówki wearing the Enea Czarni Radom jersey. The following season he arrived in Italy among the ranks of Gioiella Prisma Taranto with whom he debuted in the SuperLega championship, scoring 198 points in a total of 22 games played. The Canadian spiker left Puglia after one season and will open a new chapter in his international career with the MINT Vero Volley Monza jersey.
