Joy Volley is pleased to announce the signing of Alessandro Chinello, an opposite spiker from Padua born in 2006, coming from the prestigious Diavoli Rosa Brugherio.
At 197 cm athlete, Chinello is one of the most promising prospects in Italian youth volleyball. His list of achievements includes an Italian Under 17 title, the Trofeo delle Regioni won with the Selezione Veneto (where he was awarded as the best spiker of the tournament) and several appearances in the Italian youth national teams.
His first statements as a spiker for Joy Volley: «I am grateful to the Diavoli Rosa for the three years spent in one of the best youth sectors in Italy – Chinello commented immediately after signing – Gioia del Colle represents a fundamental stage in my young career. I am arriving in a high-level team, where I will be able to work alongside highly experienced athletes and continue to grow. It’s my first time in the South, but with the support of my family I will face this challenge with enthusiasm and determination”.
With the arrival of Chinello, a new chapter of a story that seems far begins. A boy from the North who chooses the South to pursue his dreams, a talent who meets a land of passion, warmth and ambition. Gioia del Colle welcomes him with open arms, ready to write, together with him, new pages of volleyball and emotions.
