With the “Team Spirit” trophy in Gubbio underway, Cisterna Volley returns to training to continue its preparations for the championship.
Ahead of the start of the SuperLega, Morato’s team will be playing in Poland next weekend: on October 11th and 12th, they will compete in the Bogdanka Volley Cup, taking on Bogdanka Luk Lublin, Jastrebski Weigel, and Projekt Warszawa. This tournament is now in its fourth edition: the first was won by the hosts Bogdanka Luk Lublin, the second by Saturna Catania, and the third by Sir Safety Perugia.
Coach Daniele Morato: “This is a top-level international competition, certainly the best way to close out the preseason and prepare for the upcoming league debut. The tournament in Poland will pit us against top-notch teams, just as the top-notch teams we’ll face in the SuperLega are.”
