Great satisfaction at Cisterna Volley for the extraordinary success achieved in the Under 15, Under 17 and Under 19 categories, which won their respective regional titles. A historic result for our youth sector, developed thanks to the virtuous synergy with Marino Pallavolo, which for years has been a pillar of the training and development of young athletes.
The first title arrived on April 13 in the Under 19 final against Fenice Pallavolo: a match dominated from the first moments, won with a clear 3-0. On May 4 it was the turn of the Under 17 who at the Palasport in Viale delle Provincie won against KK Eur. In this case too the final result was a 3-0 that reflects the technical superiority and the quality of the game expressed by the team, protagonist of a performance of great maturity and awareness. The most hard-fought and exciting victory was that of the Under 15, who was able to overturn a complicated situation after going down 2-0. With determination, tactical clarity and an extraordinary collective reaction, Marino managed to get the match back on its feet: 25-22 in the third set, 25-21 in the fourth and 17-15 in the tie-break for a historic 3-2. This triple success takes on an even more significant value because it represents a result that Lazio had been missing for over fifteen years: no male club had managed, in recent times, to win all three regional youth titles in the same season.
