Cuneo Volley continues to weave the web of the roster for the next season in Superleague, from one role to another with plot and nuances. In place four Claudio Cattaneo arrives to lend a hand, an athlete who grew up in the Finale Ligure youth system, with his first experience in the A2 Monregalese category for two years, a year in Serie B at Parella Torino reaching promotion to A3, after which it was time for Cisano Bergamasco (A3) where he was trained by coach Battocchio for a season and then Pineto A3, Motta A2, Castellana Grotte A2, Grottazzolina where he was promoted to Superleague and finally last championship in A2 in Siena.
In the Cuneo sports hall Claudio has played many matches as an opponent, now the time has come to do it as a white-blue: « Seeing such an important sports hall back in the Superleague is wonderful, playing there is even more… I think the Superleague is every volleyball player’s dream and I want to enjoy it 100% helping the team with all my strength! ».
What was the first feeling you had in being a Cuneo player?
« I was immediately very enthusiastic about the choice, Cuneo is a very important place for Italian volleyball, where you can breathe volleyball throughout the city! This is very gratifying and makes everything even more beautiful».
