Domotek Volley has renewed its trust in Vandir Sergio Dal Pozzo, who will serve as assistant coach alongside Coach Polimeni next season. This reappointment recognizes the work done and the perfect harmony between the two coaches. A volleyball and sportsman, well-respected throughout the community, Dal Pozzo has become a pillar of Calabrian volleyball since arriving from Brazil several years ago.
A specialized athletic trainer and third-degree coach, Dal Pozzo boasts a rich resume of experience in various disciplines, from five-a-side football to beach volleyball, including, of course, indoor volleyball. Two years ago, in his role as athletic trainer with Palmi, he contributed to the team’s victory in the Italian Cup and the A3 Super Cup. Last year, his integration was immediate and convincing.
Speaking from Sao Paulo, Brazil, where he’s currently based, the assistant coach enthusiastically shared his impressions of the team under construction: “My thoughts are already focused on next season with Domotek. I’m happy with this renewal and the project we’re moving forward.”*
