Alva Inox 2 Emme Service Porto Viro secures the second line with the confirmation of Davide Morgese. The libero born in 1996 in Montecchio Emilia, 172 centimeters tall, has extended his contract until 2026.
For two seasons in Porto Viro, since last year also vice-captain, Morgese has been the best black-fuchsia receiver in the Serie A2 Credem Banca championship just concluded, with 157 perfect receptions in 25 Regular Season games.
“Confirmation is always gratifying, it means that the relationship has worked on both sides – Morgese commented on the occasion of signing the new contract – I thank the club for renewing their trust in me: as always I will give my all in the gym to get the best possible results. It will be my third year in Porto Viro and I am really happy about it. In addition to my teammates, staff and managers, I have had the opportunity to get in touch with the whole city and, coming from a rather small village, I really feel at home. Time passes, age is starting to make itself felt, and this year too I will be among the ‘oldest’ of the group… But in my twelfth season in Serie A, it is nice to know that I can still give my contribution. I will try to be an example in training, first of all. I am someone who loves to work, and when you have this spirit it becomes easy to build a good relationship with everyone”.
