After last year’s success, the Del Monte® Boy League is once again stopping in Fano: eight of the best Under 14 teams in Serie A will meet for the 26th edition of the “Coppa Enrico Bazan”, an event organised by Lega Pallavolo Serie A. A stage of absolute importance for young volleyball players.
The 26th edition of the “Coppa Enrico Bazan” will be organised by Lega Pallavolo Serie A, in collaboration with FIPAV, with the Virtus Fano company and with the Municipality of Fano, together with the Apav Calcinelli-Lucrezia company. Eight teams will compete from 23 to 25 May on two fields: the facilities that will host the matches will in fact be the Palasport Allende in Fano (main field) and the Lucrezia municipal gym in Cartoceto.
The Del Monte® Boy League will guarantee a high-level show: last year, right inside the Palasport Allende in Fano, the winner was Gamma Chimica Brugherio, who beat Cucine Lube Civitanova in the Final. In addition to the Lombard team, also present this year, here are the other seven protagonist teams: Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza, Cucine Lube Civitanova, Itas Trentino, Romeo Sorrento, MA Acqua S.Bernardo Cuneo, Sir Susa Vim Perugia and Kioene Padova.
In addition to the teams qualified for the Final Eight that will be played in Fano, the following also participated in the previous Concentration Phase: Campi Reali Cantù, Monge Gerbaudo Savigliano, Tinet Prata di Pordenone, Personal Time San Donà di Piave, Consar Ravenna, Valsa Group Modena, Mo.Re Volley Reggio Emilia, Smartsystem Essence Hotels Fano, Yuasa Battery Grottazzolina, Sarlux Sarroch and CUS Cagliari.
