The first, eagerly awaited test of the new Amaranto season for Domotek Volley, the pinnacle of volleyball in Calabria, is approaching. Captain Laganà and his teammates, under the guidance of coach Antonio Polimeni, will take to the court on Saturday, September 27th, for the COIS Tournament in Sardinia. The two-day tournament will open with a match between CUS Cagliari and Mantova, while the Amaranto will face the A3 team Sarroch in the semifinals.

This is an important event, not only for the sporting result, but above all as a stepping stone in building a solid team identity ahead of the upcoming season, which promises to be challenging and full of goals.

Among the new talents the club is confident in is Simone Rigirozzo, a young athlete born in 2006, who comes from Fenice Roma. He is a forward-looking addition who wants to bring value right from the start.
Rigirozzo himself, after the first few days of settling in, enthusiastically recounts his first impressions: “I was able to get to know my teammates better, and this also means I can bond with the group a little more.”
