Fourth consecutive season with ErmGroup Altotevere for Niccolò Cappelletti, who was also the team captain in the last one. Since the white and blue club has been playing in the Serie A3 Credem Banca championship, the 29-year-old Perugian striker (1.96 meters tall) has been a regular presence. For over half of the 2023/24 season, following Simone Marzolla’s injury, Cappelletti also performed very well in position 2, but his role is that of a side spiker, without forgetting that he is also the most powerful and effective player in service. The management and technical staff have not had the slightest doubt about his umpteenth confirmation. “My relationship with this company continues because there is a sharing of values and projects – commented Cappelletti – but above all of perspectives: each time there is a raising of the bar of the objectives. After the initial problems that kept me in the pits, in the last championship I found the right energy and the whole team closed with a bang, arriving one step away from the play-off final.
