In the early afternoon of Monday, December 8th, Gas Sales Bluenergy Volley Piacenza, fresh from their victory on the tough Cisterna court, arrived in Cagliari where they will make their CEV Volleyball Cup debut on Wednesday, December 10th (7:30 p.m., free live on DAZN). The first leg of the Round of 32 will face the Czech team Jihostroj Ceske Budejovic.
After a few hours of rest, the team completed a weight training session. An afternoon training session is scheduled for tomorrow.
The red and white team will play their home match in the Round of 32 at PalaPirastu in Cagliari, instead of at the PalabancaSport stadium in Piacenza. This spectacular event is organized by the Regional Committee of Fipav Sardegna and Gas Sales Bluenergy Volley Piacenza with the support of the Sardinia Region Sports Department and the Fondazione di Sardegna, and with the patronage of the Municipality of Cagliari.
