With renewed momentum and ambition, Gioiella Prisma Taranto is proud to announce the new head coach who will lead the team in the next sports season. A prestigious choice, the result of a clear and determined vision for the future of the club: Gianluca Graziosi will sit on the rossoblù bench, ready to bring his vision of the game, his charisma and that winning mentality that have made him one of the most respected coaches on the national scene.
After the experience in Bergamo concluded in 2023, he continues his journey in Siena, where he closed last season in first place in the standings, reaching the promotion final, exiting against Grottazzolina, then reaching the semifinals against Brescia in the year just ended.
Now a new challenge awaits him, ambitious and stimulating: to lead Gioiella Prisma Taranto in a project of relaunch and growth, with the aim of raising the bar and bringing it back among the greats of volleyball.
Coach Graziosi’s first words:
“I accepted with great conviction the proposal of Gioiella Prisma Taranto for three specific reasons: the seriousness and solidity of the technical project, which clearly aims to return to the Superleague; the curiosity and desire to get to know a passionate reality like Taranto and Puglia, which is hungry for volleyball and enjoys a great sports culture; and finally the warmth of the Taranto fans, which I know are among the most genuine and engaging on the national scene. In fact, due to my nature, I love being with people every day and experiencing all the emotions and enthusiasm of the championship together with the fans”.
