Born in 2005, libero, Marini comes from an excellent season in Serie A3 with the Mantova jersey. Andrea is the second new addition of the summer market and will strengthen the team’s defensive department. With his arrival, Reggio Emilia adds a dynamic athlete to the group, accustomed to working with intensity and determination. The club is counting on him to build a solid second line, essential to face the next season in Serie A3 with ambition.
His words: “The reason I chose Reggio Emilia was that it is a solid club, with a long history in the world of Serie A. I am sure that this year there will be an ideal environment to grow: in the gym we will work intensely, and this will be essential for me to improve further, both from a technical and character point of view. On the court I bring grit and determination, two aspects that I consider fundamental in my way of experiencing volleyball. I have always had the desire to never give up, in every exchange and in every situation. It is an attitude that is part of me and that I hope to be able to transmit to my teammates: I think that having a compact and combative group is the basis for having a good season. I am approaching this new adventure with great enthusiasm and motivation. I really want to do well, to put myself to the test and to give my best every day. The goal is to play a championship that lives up to expectations, both personal and team. I can’t wait to get started.”
