When you say returning to your roots; the Monregalese setter by birth, returns to wear the Cuneo jersey after thirteen years and many important career experiences both in Italy and abroad. The homecoming for Bara has a particular “taste”: « Playing here has always been a worry of mine; I grew up in Cuneo in the youth teams, I spent a year as second to Nikola and never having had the opportunity to play as a starter in this team has always weighed on me a bit and being able to do so next season fills me with pride».
Have you followed Cuneo in these years and what does it mean for you to see them back in the Superleague?
« In these years I have always followed the path, because the affection has remained and seeing Cuneo back in the Superleague is magnificent. A historic team in the world of Italian volleyball and beyond like Modena can be, so seeing them back in the top division is fantastic, also because I believe that today they can be the only team capable of supporting this championship. Being able to be a protagonist next year of this return to the Superleague is truly unique».
