Belluno Volley has a new coach: Vincenzo Mastrangelo.

A 55-year-old coach with proven experience, originally from Gioia del Colle, Mastrangelo brings an impressive resume: his list of achievements includes two A2 Italian Cups and three promotions (two to Serie A2 and one to A3). His most recent promotion, achieved in 2024 while coaching Virtus Fano, is closely linked to the Dolomites: in the playoff semifinals, it was the Marche team that eliminated the Rhinos, at the end of a thrilling series.

His coaching career began in 1994 as an assistant coach. Since then, he has led numerous national volleyball clubs: Taranto (with experience in Serie A1), Gioia del Colle, Noicattaro, Isernia, Vibo Valentia, Matera, Reggio Emilia, Castellana Grotte, Santa Croce sull’Arno, Porto Viro, and, most recently, Fano, where he remained until a few days ago.

“We welcome a highly esteemed coach,” the club stated. “Mastrangelo brings expertise, vision, and extensive experience, including in higher divisions. We are confident he will be the ideal leader at this stage of the season and will be able to fully leverage the team’s potential.”
