Alva Inox 2 Emme Service Porto Viro’s preseason campaign has started off on the right foot. After the first few weeks of preparation, the black-and-fuchsia team has already put a lot of energy into their training and is starting to lay the foundations, including technical and tactical ones. Coach Daniele Moretti is pleased, summing up the work done and looking forward to the upcoming weeks with confidence.

“The first few weeks went very well, especially in terms of athleticism, which is crucial at this stage,” he comments. “A bit of fatigue, both physical and mental, is normal after the summer break, but we’re pleased with how the boys are working with our trainer. Weight training is the foundation for good performance, including technical performance: the results will be seen later.”

Not just muscle, the Alva Inox 2 Emme Service staff also focuses on technical and tactical aspects: “I’m starting to introduce new game systems to the kids,” Moretti continues. “The goal from now on is to create cohesion and understanding on the pitch, without neglecting athletic preparation.
