Belluno Volley is changing course. As announced, Marco Marzola has been relieved of his duties as coach, and Vincenzo Mastrangelo, a seasoned coach with a distinguished track record, has taken his place. It wasn’t an easy decision, as President Sandro Da Rold confirms, but it was deemed necessary to relaunch the team in the Credem Banca Serie A3 championship.

UNEXPECTED DEFEATS – “The decision,” Da Rold states, “is the result of the negative results we suffered in Trebaseleghe and Cagliari. Two unexpected defeats followed. And, after speaking with the players and understanding the situation, we realized we needed to make a change in the management team. And, more generally, in the club’s strategy.” The owners wasted no time in immediately identifying the right person: Vincenzo Mastrangelo, a coach from Puglia with a distinguished past, including in the top division, boasting three promotions. “Mastrangelo was free on the market,” Da Rold continues, “and, in our opinion, he could be a booster for the athletes. Because I noticed he was lacking a bit of composure on the court.”
