The Prisma Taranto Volley family welcomes Nico De Luca, born in Taranto in 1978, who officially joins the staff this season as Court Manager.
An increasingly central figure in the Serie A volleyball scene, the Court Manager is responsible for court operations and the logistical organization of events. He coordinates everything that happens before, during, and after the match, ensuring that the playing environment is perfectly set up, functional, and compliant with required standards. From setting up the taraflex to managing technical schedules, to providing support to referees, teams, media representatives, and broadcasters, his role is to ensure that every aspect runs smoothly.
