Volley Savigliano is pleased to announce the second welcome confirmation on the field in view of the 2025/26 sports season that Monge-Gerbaudo will still experience in the noble shore of the Serie A3 Credem Banca.
In fact, Paolo Rabbia will still wear the white and blue jersey, now a certainty in the Savigliano roster. Born in 1997, in fact, the libero was born and raised in volleyball in Savigliano, experiencing first-hand the entire climb that took the team from Serie C, won in 2016, to Serie A3, passing through the conquest of promotion from Serie B, which occurred in 2021. With the farewell of Damiano Calcagno, “Paolino” will be the veteran of the group trained by coach Serafini.
“I am very happy with the confirmation, also because an interesting team is being built and I am happy to be part of it. When “Ciccio” asked me to continue with these colors, I just couldn’t say no. Gallo’s farewell? It will be very strange to start a season without Daniele at my side in the libero role. I really want to thank him, because we shared many battles together and he taught me so much, both from a volleyball and human point of view. I would therefore like to say a heartfelt “thank you”. I am sure, however, that whoever takes his place will be able to defend our colors in a big way”.
