Technical and tactical training on the taraflex today, then the team will leave for Łódź, where on Friday evening at 8 pm, at the Atlas Arena, the spotlight will be on great international volleyball with the Champions League Final Four that will open with the first semifinal, between Sir Sicoma Monini Perugia and Halkbank Ankara. The boys arrive at this event with maximum concentration, aware of the value of the other teams, but above all aware of their own means: Oleh Plotnytskyi underlined this: «We have to do our part, there are three strong teams, but we are on the right path, for how we are preparing our game and for how we train. It will be an interesting Final Four and a great event. We are going there to play our volleyball!»
Among those “under special observation”, in the Ankara roster, without a doubt the Czech opposite hitter Marek Sotola, a left-handed player who attacks very high, with often complicated trajectories: «We have to try to limit him, he is good and strong yes, but there are also two spikers to pay close attention to, we know them because we have already played against them and we know how they play; the important thing is to follow our tactics during the match and play “our” game at our best. We are very happy to get there to play this Final Four, and in these days we have worked well in the gym to prepare ourselves as best as possible.
