The most beautiful championship in the world is gearing up towards the final laps, the most exciting and spectacular. With the opening of the Play Off Semifinals of the SuperLega Credem Banca, the tricolor finish line, the 2024/25 Scudetto, is starting to appear on the horizon. The best four teams in the championship, already certain of a leading position in the European grid next season, are playing for access to the titled Final with two best-of-five series.
Warming up their engines are Sir Susa Vim Perugia, second at the end of the first phase, and Cucine Lube Civitanova, third force in the Regular Season, on the field tomorrow, Saturday 5 April, at the PalaBarton Energy (8:30 pm), live on Rai Sport, DAZN and VBTV, for the first round. In the Quarterfinals, the Block Devils gritted their teeth, but managed to overcome Modena in three games, while the Cucinieri managed to overturn the series with Milan after a false start and won in four matches.
Great expectations and maximum uncertainty two days before the first match also for the challenge on Sunday 6 April, at 18:00, with live coverage on Rai Sport at the ilT quotidiano Arena between the winning team of the Regular Season, Itas Trentino, and the only team that definitively lost the home field advantage in the play-offs, Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza.

PLAY OFF SUPERLEGA CREDEM BANCA – THE FORMULA
The top 8 teams in the SuperLega at the end of the Regular Season participate in the Play Off Scudetto. All three rounds (Quarter-finals, Semi-finals, Final) are played with the formula of 3 games won out of 5. The first game, the third and the possible play-off are played at the home of the team with the best ranking at the end of the Regular Season. The winner wins the 2025 Scudetto, both teams qualify for the 2025/2026 Champions League. The two defeated semi-finalists face each other in the 3rd Place Final.
Semifinals: 6, 13, 16, 19-21 and 24 April 2025
Final: 27, 30 April, 4, 7 and 11 May 2025
3RD PLACE FINAL – THE FORMULA
The two teams losing the Scudetto Semifinals play the 3rd Place Final with the formula of 2 games won out of 3. The winner is qualified for the 2025/2026 Champions League. The loser is qualified for the 2025/2026 CEV Cup.

PLAY OFF 5TH PLACE – THE FORMULA
The four teams losing the Play Off Scudetto Quarter Finals and the 9th and 10th ranked teams at the end of the Regular Season play a one-way round robin that includes 5 matches for each team. The 4 best teams play the Semi-finals and Final in a single match at the home of the best ranked team at the end of the tournament. The winner is qualified for the 2024/25 Challenge Cup.

“After Hours, the SuperLega at night” is the Sunday evening web program signed by Lega Pallavolo Serie A, hosted by Andrea Zorzi and Andrea Brogioni, now in its fifth season. Many guests from the world of volleyball, every Sunday from 9.30pm on the Lega Pallavolo Serie A Facebook page and YouTube channel, gather a few hours after their championship commitments, discussing current events and telling about themselves, their history and their ambitions : an opportunity to get to know the protagonists of the SuperLega better. Third season instead for “Palla Poisoned”, midweek in-depth analysis of the SuperLega Credem Banca round that has just ended but already with a look at the upcoming one. Ball Poisoned airs on Tuesdays, with Andrea Zorzi and Andrea Brogioni called to the arduous task of containing the overwhelming irony of Leo Turrini. From this year, both programs are also available on Spotify, on the Lega Pallavolo Serie A channel.
