The opponent for the first historic semifinal of the Del Monte Coppa Italia A2 for Tinet Prata will be Green Evolution Aversa. A sort of remake of last year when the yellow and blues faced the Campanians in the round of 16. That time the passage was decided with a first-leg challenge that saw Tinet prevail 3-0 in Pordenone and 3-1 in Aversa. This time there is all the charm of the one-off challenge.
Prata reaches the semifinal thanks to a strengthening and clear 3-0 victory against Emma Villas Siena. Same result obtained by the Green Evolution boys against Banca Macerata Fisiomed.
Six precedents between the two teams, all in favor of Prata. In the Regular Season Prata achieved a home victory 3-1.
“We wanted to make a good impression in front of our fans because the last performance had left us with a bitter taste in our mouths. – emphasizes Coach Mario Di Pietro – The boys in this sense were very good because they pushed in training and showed that they wanted to reach this semifinal. We earned, thanks to the first place in the Regular Season, the advantage of being able to play all the games at home and this will allow us to train very well. Our intention is to show another good performance to our fans, just as we have accustomed them to during the season”.
