The appointment with Game 2 of the Credem Banca A3 Playoff Final is fast approaching. On Sunday afternoon, at the Palasport in Villa d’Agri, a sold out is expected for the repeat of the challenge between Rinascita Volley Lagonegro and Negrini CTE Acqui Terme: the large and clear success obtained in Piedmont has increased the enthusiasm of an entire community, from Val d’Agri to Lagonegrese and beyond, eager to embrace their favorites and already ready to support them loudly during the second act of the final.

A truly remarkable victory that was snatched at the Palazzetto di Valenza (first defeat of the season at home for Acqui Terme), without a doubt one of the best performances of this season. This is confirmed, in addition to the partial score, also by the statistics obtained by captain Fortunato and his teammates: 15 winning blocks in just three sets, 58% efficiency in attack and 59% positivity in reception (perfect at 41%).

In a team complex bordering on perfection, the individuals obviously shone: Diego Cantagalli above all, with his 23 points, 70% in attack (19 attacks point out of 27 total), 3 winning blocks and an ace. Gabriele Tognoni also gave a great performance, dominant in blocking (6 winners) and particularly inspired in the offensive phase (11 points with 62% positivity). Stefano Armenante and Andrea Fioretti gave their precious contribution both in attack and in reception (respectively 5 and 7 points, 50% and 83% of reception efficiency), while Lorenzo Sperotto was increasingly the leader in setter, with the gem of 7 points on the scoresheet, including 3 blocks.
