Rinascita approaching Game 3

May 1st of work for Rinascita Volley Lagonegro: a few days before Game 3 of the Credem Banca A3 Playoff Final against Negrini CTE Acqui Terme, scheduled for Sunday at 6:00 p.m. in Valenza, coach Waldo Kantor’s team is continuing its program to approach the challenge that, if successful, would secure promotion to A2. The 3-1 obtained last Sunday at home in Villa d’Agri, in front of a large crowd, has given further confidence and emotional drive to the red and whites, who are more aware than ever of their strength and quality, without forgetting at the same time the many pitfalls that a best-of-three-out-of-five playoff series can bring, regardless of the current 2-0 lead. This is why, in addition to the usual exercises in the weight room and gym (fundamental for physical fitness at the end of the season), the red and white coach is working obsessively on the mental fitness of the boys and on the quality of their game.
