Rinascita Volley Lagonegro continues its intense buildup to its Serie A2 debut against Credem Banca.

After three weeks of intense training in the weight room and on the taraflex, coach Waldo Kantor’s team faced their first joint preseason practice on Friday afternoon against Virtus Aversa, one of the red and whites’ upcoming league opponents. This was a significant and crucial test that has begun to yield positive results for the Argentine coach, both in terms of physical fitness and play.

Among the players used by Kantor was one of Rinascita’s new arrivals, Serbian spiker Aleksandar Andonovic, who commented on the team’s performance in Campania: “The match in Aversa was exactly as we expected. Our legs are a little heavy due to the intense preparation period, but that’s absolutely normal at this time. The match was a really good lesson to show us the areas we still need to improve.”
