Two great protagonists of the 2024-2025 season say goodbye to Belluno Volley: the spiker and captain, Alberto Saibene, and the opposite Riccardo Mian, the best scorer of the year just ended. The club would like to extend sincere thanks to both of them, for their commitment, seriousness and decisive contribution provided on and off the court.
Saibene, an example of professionalism and silent leadership, has always put the “we” before the “I”. He did it as a true captain, even in the most delicate moments. Like in the playoffs, when he found less space, but he continued to chart the course. His team spirit, his dedication and his way of living the group have been a constant reference for the entire year under the net.
Riccardo Mian, on the other hand, left his mark with great performances and great numbers: in particular, his performance in Ancona, in the match won 3-1 by the rhinos, will remain etched in the collective memory, in which he scored 30 points, with 65 percent in attack, 2 blocks and 4 aces. In general, the bomber from Palmanova delighted the VHV Arena thanks to his power, concreteness and incisiveness.
