Modena Volley’s Francesco Denina took second place in the finals of the Italian U18 Beach Volleyball Championship. The yellow-and-blue player, paired with Lorenzo Profumo and coached by Paolo Filiberto Goria, advanced through the first three rounds with great grit and determination, only to fall in the final against Stolzlechner and Crosato after a hard-fought and closely contested match (2-0, with scores of 21-19 and 22-20). This was a truly important and positive experience ahead of the European Under-18 Championships, which will take place in Corigliano Rossano (Cosenza) from September 11th to 14th. Tomorrow, Friday, September 5th, Denina and his teammates are scheduled to depart for Calabria.
