The new season has officially begun for Negrini CTE Acqui Terme. After a week of training, the team presented itself to the city on Saturday, September 6th, in a picturesque setting: Piazza Italia. The event drew a large crowd, eager to meet the players who will represent Acqui Terme in the upcoming Serie A3 championship.
Coach Michele Totire, in his second season as coach of Acqui Terme, commented on the evening’s atmosphere: “It was really nice because they told me this is one of the most important squares in Acqui. There were so many people, and Stefano said it was the first time the team had been presented like this in public in the city center. I’m happy to have been a part of this evening; it was truly a great feeling.”
The coach expressed his satisfaction with the group’s approach: “The week went well; we maintained a good pace. The boys are starting to respond well; I have to congratulate them because no one showed up in “summer” condition. In fact, they are already quite trained and we started strong, much stronger than last year.
