Sometimes dreams come true. This is the case for Nicolò Grespan, a setter who moved from the youth sector to Personal Time in Serie A3: “Coming up from the youth system,” says Nicolò, “is a tremendous opportunity offered to me by a club that believed in me. This is one of the most exciting moments; it’s the point where a dream comes true. I know I’ve made a leap forward. Being with the first team means putting in more intensity; you need to work with humility and passion in everything you face.”
The first few weeks of training have passed: “They were very stimulating and intense. From the very beginning, the entire group showed a desire to improve. I was a little apprehensive in the first few days, but then I integrated very well and bonded with all my teammates.”
