The summer market of the Itas Trentino men’s Italian champions ends with the last incoming operation, the most anticipated because it completes the yellow-blue roster, making it even more competitive and futuristic.
For the next two seasons, the French opposite Théo Faure, reigning Olympic champion, will wear the yellow-blue jersey. The gold medalist of Paris 2024, born in Pessac on 12 October 1999, arrives in Trento after the two-year experience in Cisterna di Latina which revealed all his important qualities. No player has scored more points than him in the last two regular seasons: 790 in forty-four games played, a haul that allowed him to win the top scorers ranking on his debut in the SuperLega (2023/24) and to confirm himself in the top 5 also in the following year.
“Trentino Volley has won a lot in the last period but it has also done so in the past and therefore boasts a truly important tradition – Théo Faure declared on the day of his official arrival in Trento – . Wearing this jersey is very important for my career, I want to give everything to deserve this chance. Playing with the Scudetto on my chest will give me even more pride and responsibility, I will do everything to defend it as best as possible and I am convinced that this is the right place to offer the best of myself.
