A new season in Monza for the captain of MINT Vero Volley, Thomas Beretta. The first men’s team of the Consorzio Vero Volley, also for the 2025/26 season, will be able to count on its middle blocker, who will still wear the team’s colors for his thirteenth season in Serie A1, the eleventh consecutive with the Brianza team.
Beretta has experienced all the “first times” with Vero Volley, becoming a true piece of history. His palmares includes the conquest of the CEV Cup 2022, while in the last season in the MINT jersey he played in the Championship – achieving salvation on the last day – and the CEV Champions League – surrendering only in the quarterfinals against the future European Champions of Sir Safety Perugia. In addition to Monza, he has had experience in other great Italian volleyball clubs, such as Modena and Perugia.
In the 2025-2026 season, MINT Vero Volley Monza will be called upon to give its all in the Credem Banca SuperLega Championship.
“The next one will be my thirteenth season here, the eleventh consecutive – commented Beretta – I am proud to wear these colors especially after a complicated year like this one that teaches us that nothing is guaranteed and where we reached an important goal for me and for the club at the last minute. Next year we will work to return to the positions that Vero Volley deserves, learning from the mistakes made and trying to improve training session after training session”.
