The Modena Volley Youth Sector season continues without stopping, and the Under 17 and Serie D coach Tommaso Manelli took stock of the situation at home for the Gialloblù: “The season is going very well. Serie D played one of its best performances of the season and won the direct clash against Modena Est. Now we are ready and charged to face the last four days at our best. It’s all in our hands, we hope to do well and continue like this. Beyond the results, what counts most is the growth of the boys and this best represents the philosophy of the club. I am satisfied with how the group is working, you can see the mentality that we are trying to build day after day and our goal is to make sure that the boys improve both physically and mentally. With the Under 17, however, we are training to prepare for the category Final Four scheduled for May 1st in Ferrara. In the semifinal we will challenge Ravenna, they are a well-equipped team and I expect a very tough match. They hit well, we will have to do the same and keep in reception, without forgetting the attack where we are giving our all especially in the last period. Relationship with the first team? It is an honor to be able to watch their training and use a structure like the PalaPanini, it is certainly an added value. Furthermore, with the other coaches of the youth sector teams there is a continuous comparison and all of this enriches and improves each of us”.
