In view of the 2025/2026 season, Volley Tricolore formalizes the confirmation of the technical staff, with an important change in the roles: Tommaso Zagni will be the new first coach of the team, while Fabio Fanuli will take on the role of assistant coach. A choice that can be felt as a “change of continuity”, thus maintaining balance and stability within the team group.

We are working to build a team that is up to an ambitious project, with the aim of bringing the club back to the levels it deserves. The first operational choice was the confirmation of Tommaso Zagni, who will be promoted to the role of first coach after his experience as assistant in the past seasons. At the same time, we thank Fabio Fanuli for his willingness to work, who for personal reasons has chosen to stay close to Reggio Emilia and will continue to be part of our technical staff, covering the role of assistant coach and putting his valuable experience at the service of the team. We are convinced that this solution represents the ideal continuity to continue the path undertaken, avoiding drastic changes and ensuring technical stability.
