Different roles, same age. They are both very young, born in 2006, the two reinforcements who join the ABBA Pineto team for the 2025/26 Serie A2 Credem Banca championship. They are Leonardo Schianchi and Andrea Castagneri, respectively spiker and opposite hitter, the new faces available to coach Simone Di Tommaso starting in the next few weeks which, with the start of athletic training, will mark the start of the new white and blue season.
Leonardo Schianchi, born in Parma and fresh from his experience in the Serie B championship with Modena, therefore enters a department, that of the spikers, where he will work alongside captain Paolo Di Silvestre and the new arrival Antonino Suraci; a fourth and final reinforcement will be made official in the next few days.

For me – comments Schianchi – it will be the first year in Serie A2, an important goal but also a starting point: I arrive with a great desire to demonstrate, grow and test myself day after day. I know that this level requires commitment, dedication and mentality, and that is why I decided to work right away during the off season, to be ready.
