He doesn’t step onto the court, he doesn’t touch the ball, he doesn’t score a point. But if Belluno Volley has become more than a team, almost a family, it’s also thanks to him: thanks to Riccardo Zanolli. Because every family needs a role model. Someone who’s always there. Like Riccardo.
WHISPERED WORD – For the fourth consecutive season, he will be the team manager of the first team: a figure who makes no noise, but holds everything together. Methodically. With passion. With that dedication that can be seen in the simplest gestures: organizing a bus, following a practice session, a word whispered on the bench to restore confidence, even in the most tense moments.
HONOR – “The role the club entrusts me with is always a source of honor,” explains the team manager himself. “I try to perform the tasks asked of me to the best of my ability and to improve year after year, fixing the things that can be improved. I hope to repay the club’s trust.” Zanolli is a discreet but constant presence. A pillar that welcomes newcomers, explaining to them that Belluno isn’t just a dot on the map. It’s an identity. A community. A special way of experiencing volleyball.
