Allianz Milano is preparing for its final European match of the season, hoping for a sweet finale: the Milanese team will be at the Allianz Cloud tomorrow, Wednesday, April 1st, at 8:30 PM for the return leg of the Challenge Cup Final against Belgian side Lindemans Aalst.

In the first leg, on Flemish soil, Ferre Reggers and his teammates won with a resounding 3-0 victory, a result that allows Roberto Piazza’s men to look forward to tomorrow’s title match with relative ease.

The Milanese team will only need to win two sets to secure the trophy: a combination of results that puts Milan in an advantageous position. If the Allianz players are the ones celebrating at the end of the match, it would be their second victory in the competition for owner Lucio Fusaro’s team, following their Challenge Cup victory in 2020/21.

After tomorrow’s match, the doors to the 5th Place Playoff bracket will open for Allianz Milano: Otsuka and his teammates will face Cisterna Volley.
