The two-legged Finale match is underway for Allianz Milano, starting with an away trip to Aalst.

The goal? To attempt to win a trophy they already lifted in the 2020/21 season for the second time. Allianz Milano is preparing for the Challenge Cup Final, which will see them play away to Lindemans Aalst in Belgium. The first leg is scheduled for 8:30 PM tomorrow – Wednesday, March 25 – and will be broadcast live on Mediaset Infinity, DAZN, and Sky Sport.

After their Scudetto Playoff adventure ended with their exit after Game 4 of the Quarterfinals, Allianz Milano is preparing for the Playoffs for 5th Place, but first they want to secure some important European success. On the other side of the net is Aalst, who prevailed in the two-legged semifinal against VK Slovan Bratislava.

None of the players on the Belgian roster have played in Italy: Aalst is competing in the postseason in Belgium, after finishing the regular season in fifth place. A young team (only one player born before 2000 is available to coach Frank Depestele) and eager to dream. The return match is scheduled for April 1st in Milan, a crucial evening to determine who will lift the trophy.

Milan, for its part, will try to continue their strong run of form in Europe, despite the many absences that have plagued Roberto Piazza’s team.
