There are two days left until the fifth edition of the Del Monte® Coppa Italia Serie A3: the VHV Arena in Belluno and the four participating teams—Conad Reggio Emilia, Domotek Reggio Calabria, Belluno Volley, and Viridex Sabaudia—are preparing for the Final Four, scheduled for Saturday, March 7th and Sunday, March 8th in Belluno.

Rocco Barone (Conad Reggio Emilia): “The Final Four represents an important step in our season. We arrive with confidence and awareness of what we achieved in the Regular Season, but we know that in these events, we need to reset everything and start over.

Tommaso Zagni (Conad Reggio Emilia): “The Final Four is a special context: potentially two do-or-die games are played in two days, a situation we’re not used to. The pressure will be high, but we’ll have to approach the semifinals as we’ve done all season, focusing on our game and not letting it affect us. Belluno is the favorite to win, counting on home advantage, but we want to play our best against Sabaudia.

Domenico Laganà (Domotek Reggio Calabria): “As a native of Reggio Calabria, I’m obviously proud to represent Reggio Calabria in a very important tournament featuring the four best teams in Italy. We need to take a break and focus solely on the Coppa Italia. It’s not easy, because we have one game left in the regular season, and given our current situation, tied at the top of the table with Castellana on points, our focus is back there.”

Antonio Polimeni (Domotek Reggio Calabria): “We’re very close to the Del Monte® Coppa Italia Serie A3, a historic event for the Club, which is still very young but has great desire to perform. We’re raring to go, even if it’s on the home turf of the organizers. We’ve studied our opponent thoroughly: they’re tough and have a strong balance. Like all teams, they also have their weaknesses.

Sebastiano Marsili (Belluno Volley): “We’re going to the Final Four in the best possible light. We’ve been working for a few weeks now to reach the top.”

Vincenzo Mastrangelo (Belluno Volley Coach): “It will be a wonderful celebration of sport, enriched by four excellent teams. I’m sure the Belluno fans will respond in a big way.”

Samuel Onwuelo (Viridex Sabaudia): “The Coppa Italia is a wonderful experience to play in. It’s an event that the entire organization, the club, and we players have earned and deserved on the court.

Stefano Beltrame (Viridex Sabaudia): “We are very proud to have achieved this goal, and now we must live it to the fullest. We know it will be a tough road; we’ll face top-level opponents.”
