After a splendid performance on the court in Valenza, Domotek Volley is preparing for a decisive week on its path to Serie A2. Assistant Coach Sergio Vandir Dal Pozzo took stock of the situation, describing his joy at the victory and his confidence ahead of the second leg of the semifinal, scheduled for Friday, May 1, 2026, at 8:00 PM at PalaCalafiore.
The first leg, won by the Reggio team, was described by Dal Pozzo as one of the best of the entire season. “Acqui Terme is a wonderful, fearsome team,” explained Antonio Polimeni’s assistant coach, “but the boys knew what they had to do. We started the first set strongly, took an early lead, and managed to contain the two forwards Botto and Petras well. We knew the ball would often go to Argenta, and that’s exactly what happened: he played a great game against us, but we managed to limit him.”

The match was evenly matched, but Domotek never lost their composure. “The second set was a close, point-for-point battle, but we won it. And then we were more focused in the third, finishing strong. It was a determined, solid, and compact match.”
