The middle blockers have been enriched with a new addition. Vero Volley Monza announces the arrival of Bara Fall, born in 1997, who, at 2.01 meters tall, adds centimeters and power at the net.
Born in Dakar, Senegal, but holding Italian citizenship, Fall arrives in the top division after a path of constant growth and significant results achieved in the lower divisions. The last two years in A2 with Macerata confirmed all of his qualities: in the 2025/26 season, he was the third-best middle blocker in points scored in the second division, with 235 knockdowns. These numbers and performances have not gone unnoticed by the Brianza club, which has decided to invest in him for the upcoming SuperLega season.
“I have always admired this club, very organized both at the youth level and with the first team,” says Fall. “Monza’s call is a dream come true for me: being part of a club like this is a unique feeling.” Vero Volley’s new middle blocker looks to the upcoming season with enthusiasm and determination: “I’ll approach this year with a strong desire to learn and challenge myself, to continue growing and improving. What kind of player am I? I can say I’m a middle blocker who enjoys contributing in every fundamental way to help the team.” Finally, a message for the Monza fans: “I can’t wait to meet and get to know all the fans. We’ll need their support as if they were on the court with us.”
