ErmGroup Altotevere’s fifth signing for the 2026/27 season is center back Flavio Procelli, born in 2002 and 6’11”, who is coming off an undoubtedly disappointing season. Credem Banca made his Serie A3 debut in his previous stint with the white and blues (2022/23), while in his latest season he scored his first three points in the division, all in attack and during the regular season. Procelli would have been useful in the playoffs as well, had it not been for the training injury that ended his season early; the diagnosis was clear: a torn labrum, the sort of capsule that houses the head of the left humerus, and he underwent successful surgery on March 24th at the Narni hospital. “I’m recovering well,” Procelli says, speaking about his physical condition, “and I’ve regained my range of motion and flexibility within the expected timeframe. Now it’s a matter of continuing the work and then focusing on strengthening.” He’s therefore showing a lot of patience, even though he’s comforted by his stay at Altotevere: “Yes, I was given the certainty of staying here right from the start, and so that’s a further reason for confidence. Obviously, I would have liked to have been able to contribute until the very end: I could have gotten some playing time, and I confess that sitting down to watch the games was hard for me, as it is for any athlete who puts in the effort during the week with the desire to play.
