Plus Volleyball Sabaudia is also starting over with Alessandro Serangeli. The 2001-born athlete from Veliterno will wear the Sabaudia jersey for the third consecutive season and will be one of coach Francesco Totire’s opposite hitters in the 2026/2027 Credem Banca Serie A3 championship.
After gaining experience in the Velletri youth sector, Pallavolo Velletri, Pianeta Volley Aprilia, and the last two seasons in Serie A3 with Sabaudia, Serangeli continues his growth within the Sabaudia project, bringing enthusiasm, consistency, and knowledge of the environment.
“I’m happy to be wearing the Sabaudia jersey for the third consecutive year, and for me it’s a source of satisfaction but also a responsibility,” explains the Lazio opposite hitter. “I can’t wait to start this new season. I believe we need to start with hard work, team unity, and determination to achieve our goals. The arrival of the new coach will bring new ideas and motivation to the entire team, and we will have to follow Coach Totire’s project to the fullest.”
The opposite team looks forward to the new season with confidence, aware of the challenges that await the group but also of the team’s potential. “I expect a challenging but rewarding season, and feeling the support of the fans is always an extra incentive to motivate and improve,” Serangeli concludes. “We will do our best to play good volleyball and bring more and more people to Pala Vitaletti.”
