The moment of truth is approaching for Credem Banca’s Serie A3. After Conad Reggio Emilia’s promotion to Serie A2 thanks to their victory in Game 5 of the Promotion Playoff, there’s still one place available. Domotek Reggio Calabria and Belluno Volley will compete in the Credem Banca Serie A3 Playoff Finals, a best-of-three series. The match will be played at the Pala Botteghelle in Reggio Calabria, kicking off at 8:30 PM on Wednesday, May 6th. The match will be available on the Lega Pallavolo Serie A YouTube channel.

THE SERIE A3 PLAYOFF DRAWING CREDEM BANCA
This was the second matchup of the season for Domotek Reggio Calabria and Belluno Volley, following the Calabrian team’s 3-1 victory at the VHV Arena in the 2026 Del Monte® Coppa Italia Serie A3 semifinal. Reggio Calabria then won the trophy in a tie-break against Conad Reggio Emilia in the final. Domotek then faced Conad in the Promotion Playoff and was eliminated in Game 5, returning to the playoffs in the semifinals. In contrast, the Veneto team played through the entire second phase. Before reaching the final, Belluno eliminated Campobasso in the round of 16, Mantova in the quarterfinals, and San Giustino in the semifinals, the latter with a hard-fought comeback, crowned by a sprint to the Golden Set. Reggio Calabria reaches the Serie A3 Finals for the first time after losing in the 2024/25 semifinals to Acqui Terme in their only appearance so far this year, while Belluno is coming off an elimination in the 2023/24 semifinals at the hands of Fano and a defeat in the final against Sorrento in 2024/25. The only former player in the match is Enrico Guarienti Zappoli, who played for Belluno last year and is now three points shy of 400 in the playoffs. Among the visiting players, Stefano Giannotti is four points shy of 500 for the season, 15 points shy of 800 in the playoffs, and five winning attacks shy of 700 in the playoffs, while Alexander Berger is four winning attacks shy of 1,000 in his career.
