Volley Savigliano is pleased to announce that Daniele Carpita will be part of the Monge-Gerbaudo team, competing in the upcoming Credem Banca Serie A3 championship.
Carpita, born in 2005, is a talented spiker, a product of the ever-thriving Diavoli Rosa Brugherio youth system. Born in Milan, he took his first steps in the world of “top-flight” volleyball in Brugherio, winning four youth championships and a Junior League title. At the same time, he also represented the Italian youth national team, becoming the Under-18 European champion in 2021/22. This will be his fifth season in Credem Banca Serie A3: after two years in Brugherio, he played for San Giustino in 2024/25 and Acqui Terme in 2025/26. He has made 99 appearances and scored 517 points in the third national division.
“I’m very happy to join Savigliano. It’s a club that has proven to have a solid structure and this year will focus on a young but competitive team,” explains Daniele. “It will be a slightly different season for me than the others, because I’ll have more responsibility, but that’s exactly what I was looking for at this point in my career. I believe the group will improve significantly throughout the season and achieve some success. This year, the level gap between the teams seems to have evened out, so it’s difficult to make predictions. We’ll have to think game by game and set goals over time.”
Volley Savigliano welcomes Daniele, wishing him much success in this new Piedmont adventure.
