The Lega Pallavolo Serie A has announced the official schedule for the Credem Banca Serie A3 Playoff Quarterfinals, which will begin on the weekend of April 4th and 5th.
With the Round of 16 now over, the six remaining teams will now attempt to secure a spot in the semifinals in two do-or-die matches. The format will include a home-and-away tie (the latter match will be played at the home of the team with the highest ranking at the end of the regular season based on points per game), with a possible Golden Set to be played in the event of a tie. The loser of the Promotion Playoff will then advance to the semifinals as the top seed (the series between Conad Reggio Emilia and Domotek Reggio Calabria is currently tied at 1-1).
The schedule opens on Saturday, April 4th with matches between Sarlux Sarroch and ErmGroup Altotevere San Giustino, scheduled for 4:00 PM, and between Gabbiano FarmaMed Mantova and Belluno Volley, with play set for 6:00 PM. At 7:00 PM on Sunday, April 5th, the match between Negrini CTE Acqui Terme and BCC Tecbus Castellana Grotte takes place.
