Credem Banca’s Serie A3 teams continue their strong run in the postseason, with the Promotion Playoffs, Playoffs, and Playouts bringing the action to arenas across Italy.

Leonardo Baciocco
Regarding the Playoffs, the match between Avimecc Modica and Gabbiano FarmaMed Mantova not only saw Leonardo Baciocco break the 1,500-game winning streak in the category, but also provided an opportunity for Lorenzo Bertozzi, Pietronorio Mariano, Daniele Buzzi, Francesco Simoni, and Baciocco himself to rewrite important chapters in their sporting history, as all five athletes reached their career highs in Serie A3 in yesterday’s match. Buzzi and Simoni scored 17 points, Baciocco 24, Bertozzi 25, and Mariano 27.

Sandi Persoglia
On the JV Gioia del Colle court, Cristian Frumuselu reached 300 blocks in Serie A3, while Sandi Persoglia added 1,000 points in the category. This achievement eases, albeit slightly, the disappointment of elimination from the playoffs.

Francesco Corrado’s block
There were also several notable highlights from the match between Belluno Volley and EnergyTime Campobasso, with the Rinoceronti advancing to the quarterfinals: for the home team, Francesco Corrado scored his 200th block in Serie A3, while Luca Consonni, libero for the Spike Devils, played for his 100th time in the category.

Luca Rossato
Game 2 of the relegation play-offs also took place: at Terni Volley Academy, Javier Martinez celebrated 1,500 points in Serie A3, while on the other side of the net, Luca Rossato scored his 2,000th point in the category, along with 200 winning blocks. His teammate Lorenzo Rainero made his 100th appearance with Monge Gerbaudo Savigliano.

Stanislaw Wawrzynczyk of Sav Trebaseleghe closed the statistics section: he reached 1,000 winning attacks in Serie A3.
