Last season, he stood out for his dedication, professionalism, and technical ability. These are all essential qualities that have earned Stefano Bisotto a permanent place with Essence Hotels next season: “I’m very happy to remain with Virtus,” Bisotto began, “because I had a great time last year and because I’ll be able to continue working under Coach Bonitta.”
A Piedmontese setter born in 2005, Stefano Bisotto played for Vibo Valentia and Cuneo before arriving in Fano.
In the upcoming Serie A2 championship, the Cuneo-born playmaker will partner Bulgarian Stoil Palev, forming a very young pairing (born in 2005 and 2003) at the helm: “Fano has built a high-level roster that can perform very well,” continues the Cuneo native, “but everything will have to start with daily work in the gym. I’m also sure that the level next season will be even higher, so playing against well-equipped teams will be very challenging. However, we will rely on an additional factor: the Palas Allende, which we would like to see packed and warm, as it was this year, thanks to the crucial support of our fans.”
Finally, a dive into the recent past: “Last season was my first in this championship, and despite some difficulties, I’m very satisfied with the path we’ve taken individually and as a team.”
