Semifinals Play Off 5° Posto SuperLega Credem Banca:
Itas Trentino – Vero Volley Monza 3-0 (25-20, 25-17, 25-17)

The SuperLega Credem Banca Playoff Semifinals for 5th Place opened with two home wins. Game 2 is scheduled for the weekend of April 25th and 26th.

Itas Trentino defeated Vero Volley Monza in three sets. The yellow-blue team grew throughout the match and maintained its lead confidently. The Dolomitic team made the most of it with 16 points from Faure and 14 from Ramon. Torwie also scored double figures (11), earning praise for his blocking (5 winners) and serving (2 aces). Among the visiting team, Velichkov stood out with his attacking shots (14 goals). The two teams will meet again at the net on Saturday, April 25th, 2026, at 4:00 PM, for the second round. The Brianza team will look to reopen the series at home at the Opiquad Arena, while the Dolomitic team will play to close the series.

After a tricky first half, Valsa Group Modena defeated Allianz Milano 3-1, gritting its teeth and coming from behind to win the first set, before prevailing in the armwrestling second set. After a forceful response from the Milanese, the yellow team regained their rhythm and put an end to any hopes of a comeback in the fourth set. Once again, Tizi-Oualou finished to applause after scoring five of his teammates in double figures: Buchegger (18), Porro (15), Davyskiba Sanguinetti (12), and Mati (10). Milan responded with 30 points from Reggers and 12 from Otsuka, but it wasn’t enough. The second match will be played on Sunday, April 26th (5:00 PM) at the Allianz Cloud.

Worth noting is the score of the second set between Modena and Milan (38-36), the highest of the SuperLega Credem Banca season, tied with the second set between Milan and Civitanova in the 7th return round of the Regular Season.
