President Fabrizio Ruggiero and coach Nicola Esposito have added Giovanni Gragnaniello, a young talent from the #insiemesipuò project, to the central defense. Gragnaniello is coming off a very long season and the award for best U19 central defender.
The Insiemesipuò project immediately brought the talent of Mattia Farcasiu and yours to the first team after a tough and demanding season, both in terms of the number of positions you played and the impressive number of matches you played. Your emotions:
There are so many emotions, and there’s so much satisfaction. It was wonderful to begin this journey in the <Insiemesipuò> project with Mattia, and now, being able to make the leap to the first team while continuing to share the locker room with him makes it even more special.
We’re coming off a truly tough season that required a lot of physical and mental energy. We sweated every day in the gym with the goal of continually raising the bar and facing every challenge in the best possible way. All these sacrifices have paid off handsomely: we had an excellent season in Serie B and achieved great success by reaching important milestones in the various youth leagues. Now reaching the first team, after working so hard, is the greatest reward we could have wished for.
