Grottazzolina and Petkovic part ways

M&G Volleyball School, in mutual agreement with athlete Dusan Petkovic, announces that it has reached an agreement for the early and mutual termination of his contract. This is a difficult decision for both parties, given the bond formed with the exceptional Serbian opposite hitter, who was instrumental in rescuing the club last season. However, the decision was made by mutual agreement to allow the athlete to return home early and recover fully from the physical issues he has suffered in recent months, without having to face immediate deadlines imposed by league matches. With the regular season concluding on February 25th, the club deemed it appropriate to reach an agreement with Petkovic, given the ongoing commitments to the Taraflex program. In a climate of full collaboration and mutual understanding, the parties considered protecting the athlete’s health and the club’s need for a reliable team to be a priority. M&G Volleyball School thanks Petkovic for his professionalism and technical ability, wishing him all the best for his future endeavors.
